When the director approached us with a concept for a music video featuring one of Hong Kong’s biggest bands, Dear Jane, we were immediately on board. The vision? A cinematic, dystopian world — vast, surreal, and filled with desert landscapes that felt completely otherworldly.

To bring that vision to life, we created all of the virtual environments from the ground up, designing a fully immersive desert world that blended seamlessly with physical set pieces. Using extended reality (XR) and virtual production techniques, we shot the entire video in-studio, combining real-time environments with practical elements and set extensions.

The result is a visually striking music video that’s both grounded and surreal — pushing creative boundaries and showing what’s possible when storytelling meets next-gen production. A true collaboration between tech and music.
